How can I book a Personal Training or Small Group Training session?

SGT and Personal Training packages (1:1 and Partner Training) may be purchased directly through our trainers after your first consultation. Simply reach out to us and we'll hook you up! Reach us at [email protected] or 984-205-8836.

What should I bring to my first session?

For your first class, we recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes, bringing a water bottle, and a towel. We provide all necessary equipment for your workout.

Do you offer personal training?

Yes, we offer personalized training sessions with our experienced trainers, Whit & Camelle. Personal training sessions are customized to meet your individual fitness goals and needs, and can be conducted 1:1 or with a Partner. If you'd like to participate in group training sessions, you may create your own group of 4-8 participants, or be placed into an existing group.

Can I come use the gym outside class hours?

Yes! We have Open Gym hours available for members of the Radical Movement fitness community that have had an initial consultation with Cam or Whit and have intermediate workout experience.

Hours are:

Monday

Upstairs: 8 am - 2:30 pm

Downstairs/Outdoors: 8:15 - 9 am

Tuesday

Upstairs: 8 am - 2 pm; 4 - 7 pm

Wednesday

Upstairs: 6:45 am - 12:30 pm

Downstairs/Outdoors: 8:15 - 9 am

Thursday

Upstairs: 8 am - 2:30 pm; 3 - 8 pm
Downstairs/Outdoors: 9 - 10 am

Friday

8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Yes, all of our training sessions are designed to accommodate different fitness levels, including beginners. Our trainers will help you modify exercises as needed to ensure you get the most out of your workout, and adjust training to meet personalized needs.
