What is Open Gym?

Our goal with Open Gym is to create a space where you feel safe to move your body without judgement, supported intentionally, and seen in a community that centres marginalized folks — including BIPOC, gender-nonconforming and queer people. We believe that strong bodies and strong communities go hand in hand, and this is a place where both can thrive.

Who is Open Gym For?

Open Gym is available to all folks. That said, if you are brand new to exercise, navigating injuries or dealing with chronic pain, we recommend beginning with a 1:1 Personal Training session or working with a physical therapist before working out independently here.

What Open Gym Includes

• Weekly Workout (WOW): Every week we write a new workout on the board for you to follow at your own pace. Throughout the session our trainers are nearby to assist, spot, and support you. Two levels will be available each week:

- Rookie WOW

- Pro WOW

• Basement Access: Our quiet basement space (700 sq ft) is included in your Open Gym pass—perfect for stretching, foam-rolling, meditation, yoga or just some low-impact movement and relaxation.

Open Gym Rates

PT and SGT Clients: $50 per month

BIPOC Non-Clients: $60 per month

Non-BIPOC Non-Clients: $70 per month

Open Gym Hours

Monday: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm / 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Tuesday: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm

Wednesday: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm

Thursday: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm / 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Friday: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
